Plain words, no legalese. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we never do with it.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the business and respond to you:

  • Demo-request details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and service area.
  • Account and billing information if you subscribe: your login credentials, plan details, and payment information needed to bill your subscription.
  • Basic usage and analytics: once website analytics are wired up, we may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (for example, which pages are visited). The analytics provider is still to be confirmed at deploy; we will update this page when it is chosen.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • respond to demo requests and answer your questions;
  • provide the Rideline Pro service you signed up for;
  • support you when you need help with your account.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your personal information. Ever.
  • We don't share customer lists. Your client list stays your client list; we never hand it to anyone else.
  • We don't use your data for purposes you didn't ask for.

Data ownership

Your customer data is your business data. If you subscribe to Rideline Pro, the customers, appointments, invoices, and records you enter belong to you, and your data is exportable. Leaving doesn't mean losing your records.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses minimal cookies and tracking. The site's tracking code includes a placeholder for an analytics provider (Plausible or GA4 style), but no provider is actually connected yet — the provider will be confirmed at deploy, and this policy will be updated honestly when it is. We will never quietly turn on invasive tracking without saying so here.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here so you know what changed.
